
McDonald’s asked us to create an initiative for Pride Day to celebrate the diverse talent of their team.
We believe that one of the greatest expressions of diversity is our voice. Each voice tells a story. There are many: deep, high-pitched, with an accent, or with a unique tone.
That’s why we decided to bring together our iconic melody with the people who make up McDonald’s, employees, franchisees, suppliers, and partners, and unite their voices as one team. In this way, we launched the most special and inclusive version of the “para pa pa pa” jingle by bringing their voices together.
How we did it?
To bring the concept to life, employees, franchisees, suppliers, and partners were invited to literally lend their voices.
Through a dedicated landing page hosted on the internal MyCrew platform, participants recorded and submitted their own versions of the jingle, proudly celebrating who they are. All recordings were then brought together in a professional studio, with the support of a composer.
The final result was more than just a song, it was an audio portrait of who we are as a team, united by inclusion.
